Thanks for the advice Penguin45, I will try that this week.
Have a situation update though!!!!! The dishwasher is now leaking water all over the floor. From what i can tell (without moving it) it is coming from somewhere on the right hand side at the front.
This is a disaster because I live in a 3 floor house and that water has now leaked through the floor into the downstairs bathroom.

    Thanks again for the advice.

    Thanks for the help guys.

I will trying draining it and then leaving it for a couple of hours. Hopefully that will work 🙂
I have been playing around and have figured out that the drain feature seems to works ok because when i reset the machine it empties itself before starting its new cycle. It seems to fill up fine but then it does nothing and then i get my 6 flashing fault lights.
Is there any way of finding out which part is not working?. I.e I think (and i only do think, not know) the drain is ok and the water inlet is ok because of what i explained. Any way to test the flow meter?

    Regards Jim

    Hi

How much is a Danfoss r600a 6891 NLY9kk.3 compressor please?

How much roughly do you think it would be? (either by time, or overall cost) for an engineer to fit and dispose of the old one?

    Regards Jim

    Thanks for replying bryan,

As is a mechanical failure you mean? Is there anyway I can check for the symptom?

If not can you recommend anywhere where i could get a replacement compressor?

    Regards Jim
