I not sure what you mean by vent kit at the moment the way we use the hose is through a door to get rid of steam

It’s just the hose part thats needed the old one is connected through the metal plate on the back of the machine dad repair the hose years ago using a can served its purpose. Forgot he did that!!

kwatt thanks for replying I will wait with baited breath 😆 an easy to use auto machine right up my street I will need all the help I can get might as well go the whole hog and sort out a dryer too at the moment I have to put a chair in front of the dryer door to keep it shut when its switched on ah well it will last a little bit longer.

So it looks like moving with the times and getting one of the auto machines then I don’t know if that’s a good thing or not 😥

I can’t remember where I read it but it was said that the German ones are the best to get. May be wrong.

Don’t know a single thing about these new type of machine always had a twin tub only had to call out for sevice once in the whole time we’ve had it. It been easy to work my old twin tub all of the auto machines seem confusing to me I guess that whats put me off getting one.
