engineer (his words not ours….) from MDM Appliances came out on 29 november & diagnosed the fault as the control/front panel he did this without taking any parts of the freezer while also telling us that he’d never herd of this problem before….. its the 8th of jan & were still waiting for this part to be replaced, even by my standards thats a long week!

whirlpool have been zero help, infact they have been almost unhelpfully! There engineers for our area (solihull) either don’t answer the phone or its engaged! We paid the £225.88 to fix the problem in november & still have no freezer!

i’m at the point of buying a new fridge & freezer (there a matching pair) & delivering the faulty ones to one of the directors of MDM’s homes!!!!!

I’m sure it WILL fit through the letter box!
