Best way is to take off both side panels, remove the rear bearing pin so you can pull back the rear panel to get the belt around the drum and refit the bearing and pin. Then remove the front impellor cover and impellor and get the belt over the motor shaft, remove the jockey pulley fixing nearest the cabinet side leave the other fixing on but loosen it. Fit the belt on the pulley as it would be at the end then pull the pulley with belt across(it takes some effort ) and fit the other fixing of the jockey pulley.
