Greg,
thanks for the price – nice one. This is better than Dave Conway quoted me which was £86 inc vat inc delivery (but thanks to dave for his help). So the first question is where can I get one at the price you quote?
2nd – is replacement a reasonably straight forward job?
Cheers

yes done that and there is conductivity through the switch when checked with a meter.

Greg,
found the reset button, however using an ohm meter the element (disconnected) does not give a reading – so I assume this has gone.
I find this pretty poor for a 18mth old Bosch.

Greg,
This may have been the case initially – I do not know. My wife is the user.
If this can cause the fault to start with then we will take heed.
However now the heater is not working at all. It’s been out of order for a few days. The same as the original problem months ago.
Thanks

Ok thanks for the response. The air flow is good (just very cold). I checked the hose and all looks ok. It is only about two metres long and vents out of a fanlight window.
So the reset switch is behind the rear panel, yes?
Thanks again.
