I have the exact same problem with my whirlpool.

Model number: S20BRSS31-A/G
Serial: 858615115011 / 110412022958

I’ve replaced the back pcb, but still get the flashing and ice maker not working, so I presume its the front pcb.

Would you mind posting me details of the 1uf caps I might need and the picture you sent daddy cool about how to fix this.
