    Re: Bosch spinning too fast?

So I finally got around to replacing parts on my bosch… I only just found this forum again 😀 . I still have the same problem though, I’ve replaced the control board, motor, brushes (came with motor) and the pressure switch but I don’t understand what could still be causing the problem? Any suggestions?

Unfortunately I can’t seem to find a new pressure switch for my model (wab28061gb). I could find the brushes if I need them, but I can only find a genuine used one off ebay :con: what would you suggest?

Oh no not a programme called quick wash, I know all about the topic going through all the forums 😀 . What I mean by quick wash is a normal cotton programme with fast selected not a half an hour refresh. Never believed in quick washes 🙂 . Have thought many people about their washing habits using cold water, quick wash etc and they wonder why their washer is black full of mould 😛 also I couldn’t use a full wash programme as it would abort because of the fault, as a matter of fact I have 4 washers so I only really used the bosch for light loads bedding etc .

    Re: Bosch spinning too fast?

Okay, thanks for narrowing it down for me 😀 . I’ll strip the motor down next Tuesday to have a look, nothing else can go wrong… hopefully 😳 this is the second bosch washer I’ve had in a year and typical that the motor had a problem and was causing the rcd to trip randomly, the company I bought it off said it was a well known problem with the model. And thanks for forgiving me, another reason for the pressure switch was because I could only choose rapid cycles which didn’t rinse to well, and I needed a quick solution. Hopefully I won’t have another problem with a bosch appliance as I’m sick of it 😡 😀

    Re: Bosch spinning too fast?

Good lord that was a fast reply, I know I shouldn’t have touched the pressure switch but I did, although I don’t think it would mess with anything as it doesn’t have any load sensors and fills to the same level regardless of the load , am I wrong in thinking this? The motor did start going wrong about two months after a bought it (2nd hand spare) but would only do it with heavy, bulky or full loads maybe more stress? I was going to replace the pressure switch anyway to make sure it wasn’t that but I’m looking at getting a new control board or motor after I look at the brushes
