    Wanted to update this thread as the problem returned shortly after my last post. I came across a similar thread where the chap changed the element, even though no obvious fault with it. For £10 delivered I decided it was worth trying. I changed the element, and the machine has worked correctly since.

    My brother managed to clear the obstruction in the pressure tube. Hot washes with soda crystals were then used. Seems to have fixed the problem. Will make sure occasional hot wash used to prevent it happening again.

    What method to you recommend to clean it? Hot water down the tube?

    Thanks for that Iadom. Defo WF530P. Got my brother to have a look. He disconnected tube from pressure switch and tried to blow down it. He said he can feel resistance. So I guess there is a blockage at the bottom of the tube. He’s gonna look for something to push down it, like wire I guess, to see if he can clear it. If it does I will clean it when next up there.
