    Thanks Martin. I went for the base ZDC37200W model as the bigger/more expensive ones didn’t seem to bring much else to the party. £199 from JohnLewis.com with 2 year warranty. Thanks a lot for your help.

    Thanks Martin, I suspected that would be the answer. The mains filter looks pretty idiot proof, but I have my moments 😉

    Any recommendations for a replacement? It has to be a condensor and price isn’t as important as the thing working and not giving me grief!
