Hi Bryan,

I was aware that cream cleansers were a no-no, as were products containing bleach. Also I was aware that anything scrubby (eg green pad) was also a no-no.

So, I cleaned it with a brand new sponge cloth, after the appliance of some non-bleach based Cif multipurpose actifizz lemon.

Was the Cif really to blame? It’s certainly not caused anything else stainless steel in my kitchen to corrode after two days (dualit toaster / kettle / sink!)
