Thanks, I will trying running an insulation test to see if anything is low. It’s a pretty old machine so things could be breaking down.

Sorry for the delay in reading your post but I have been away on hols. Many thanks for the tip,I will try this out. One thing that I have noticed is that the problem does not occur when the 30degree wash cycle is chosen. I hope it isn’t the controller module.
