Thanks! I emailed Bosch and as a good will gesture they are sending an engineer out free of charge to have a look at it.

EDIT TO ADD:

The engineer came out today and explained there was a design fault with this model. He repaired it for free and extended the warranty for another two years. I’m really happy 😀
