I’m not in the UK so I have doubts on finding an Ariston knowledgeable repairman. Anyway the cost of a board is around 150 to 200 euros so buying a new machine is probably a better decision.
Unless by any chance the board can be repaired? I guess I’d have to take it out and see if there’s any obvious damage, I’m assuming it can range to a weld becoming loose to half of the board being fried and damaged beyond repair… All I’ve got is multimeter and electronics knowledge from high school.
