    Thanks, admin@ukwhitegoods.co.uk

None of his posts have been abusive in any way.  This is appears blatant attempt by ukw mods to silence him.  It also appears that only attacking 0800 repair/Jtm is allowed here and raising concerns with regards to the websites I posted before with regards to miss-leading the public as 0800 repair have been accused, it’s only fair that both sides of the story are told.  You cannot criticise 0800 Repair when your own house isn’t in order.

It’s seems apparent that the members on here only have the attitude of “do as I say and not as I do”.  This is a mockery of what I believed ukw to be about.  And is double standards at best.

People reading this site should be aware that there is also another attitude  that is prevalent on here and that is “if your face doesn’t fit then your not welcome”.

Also please check my ip address as you will find it is different to Micheal’s.

It is also my opinion that the engineer in the picture was provoked into an argument by a disgruntled 2nd hand shop owner.  Although I cannot condone his the engineers actions.  I hope said shop owner is happy knowing that the guy will lose his job just before christmas.  If times ain’t hard enough!!!     Stinks of a set up!!!!!

    Re: 0800 Repair

Hi my name is clive and i am also a 0800 repair franchise.

i am digusted by that picture and as mike says i hope he gets the sack.

I have kept out of this so far but I must stress that this thread as become a joke. I didn’t realise that there are so many bitter and twisted engineers out there. It is quite clear to me that this site is only for those who agree with kwatt and his chums. How can it be that anyone who dare to disagree are ridiculed and moderated for speaking there mind. And also banned from esmailing other members through this site. I must admit I have spent many nights laughing my socks off at Mikes posts. He certainly knows how to put you guys in your place.

0800 repair has been called thieves, con artists, bull shitters etc etc. I have searched the web to try and find disgruntled customers and to date I can’t find one so all of the above is simply bull shit and a pack of lies to discredit 0800 Repair.

it is no coincidence that many who have made up these lies are engineers who have found a 0800 van in their own areas. It has nothing to do with “the good of the trade” that is just a pathetic attempt at a smoke screen.

Now im sure that this post will be kicked off this thread so i have copied it and maybe i will get together with mike and make our own website and “out” this site for what it really is.

So 0800 are con artists. We’ll all i can say on that subject is this. We have never sold a crap machine from turkey and then but our own name on it and given a 10 year guarantee on it when in fact its just a cheap machine with a 9 year warranty. Then i suppose it’s would be difficult to sell if you said “Buy this piece or crap and we will stand by it for 10 years of course we will charge you through the nose for the warranty”
So 0800 Repair site is mis-leading.

Well that’s take a look at this site http://www.ffrservices.co.uk/ apparently they proclaim to have a 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} repair record. How is that so? Do you really expect people to believe that you have never ber’d a machine or is it that no matter the fault or the cost you always repair the appliance? And 0800 repair people rip people off. And then it goes on to say that they are main agents for Samsung etc. I think you we find that there are many authorised agents who work on those companies listed.

Now let’s look at this gem.
http://www.iadom.zen.co.uk/ Wow what a site that is. I could have knocked up one better in 10 minutes and I know nothing about making websites. I suppose it keeps the ASA happy. Lol it says absolutely nothing about the company it represents and the name omg wow talk about self-righteous. Spend some money or maybe your worried about the 2012 conspiracy and do see the point.

Now this one http://www.4kitchenappliancerepairs.co.uk/ £75.00 for next day are you having a laugh now that is a rip off. At 0800 we charge the same labour no matter what day or what machine. Quite frankly anyone who charges extra for an integrated machine is just greedy and they charge extra for ranges and American fridge freezers. WHY??? What do they have something special about them that require special tool??? RIP OFF!!!!!!! And again proclaim to be “The main agents for etc etc” well no you’re not your just another authorise repairer for them you certainly not “The Main agent”. Misleading to the public again.

This one is funny http://www.secondhandheaven.co.uk/index1.html. We at Allsorts beleive that by buying good quality secondhand goods rather than new, you are doing your part towards saving the planet for all our children. .
So an old clapped out machine from yesteryear that makes your electric meter clocks go crazy and takes water that could fill my local swimming pool. RIP OFF!!!!!. Great turnover there you have not even vat registered.
Now shall I call the vat man and ask him to inspect you? Hmmmmm sorry im that shallow.

As I said earlier the picture of the engineers is bang out of order. But really could it not have been sent to 0800 Repair? Facebook? Twitter? Really ? that’s out of order and just bitter and twisted. You are all a bunch of piss smelling old farts that really really need to take a long hard look at yourselves.
    What’s next?
Actually I can answer the “what’s next” question. The egotistical Kwatt will ban and delete this post, Say its off topic and that will confirm that only those that agree with slagging off 0800 Repair can post. Why egotistical? Well you only have to search his name to see he spends more time on other forums giving his two penny’s worth you go on any of these without seeing him chipping in with some comment. Anyone would think he invented the trade and runs it.

I will be writing a strongly worded letter to my directors to see what can be done about this slander. I will also be demanding that if any of you lot are agents that you be removed from the list.
Sorry but enough is enough. If any of the readers believe the rubbish on here remember this, Some misguided people believed Hitler was right!!!
Whats was that saying about glass houses and stones.
Now you have someone else other than Mike to attack.

    Re: servis m6115

if you noticed, probable the drum is turning only in one direction for about 10 seconds, then it stops, drain and cycle goes to end, this because the relay has a drain joint and the motor is not rotating on the other direction. In this case the PB will pick up the problem ad stops the cycle strait away. Just solder it back and it will work, you will see this black spot and dry joint on the pcb, very easy to spot

check the Pcb, im sure there is a dry joint on the relay, just solder it back and it will start working again, common problem with this model,
