They are seriously bad news. Every time they give you a lead they charge you regardless of the outcome and they never accept responsibility. They give the same lead to at least three other contractors at the same time. Definitely not recommended unless you like giving your money away! They even have a web site to log your comments either good or bad about them. Unfortunately, the only person who sees what they just wrote will be the person who just wrote it because the site is corrupt and nobody else will see it.

Thanks for your suggestions, I’ve already replaced the pump, and blown down the waste pipe which seems very clear. What I’ve noticed is that when the pump is running the sump hose becomes squashed up and theres a suction sound from what seems like the vent hole at the rear/top of the machine. It’s as if theres a vacuum being created within the drum as the water is very slowly being drained away?
