Thanks, I’ve fallen at the first hurdle in that I can’t get the side pannel off the machine to even look for the problem….

I’m certainly not impressed by the ‘design for repair’ or the build quality of what was a VERY expensive machine, at this point.

Does anyone know how long the warrenty is on one of these units?
