I’ve just had live chat with their Technical Dept and they say it should cycle but if it’s doing it too quickly the “thermostat file may not be lined up correctly”. Anyone able to translate that into language I could understand?

So what I don’t get is if it is cycling cos of the thermostat why did the manufacturer not mention this when I told them what the problem was? But strange that. Also should it really take 10 mins to cook a slice of toast (just done and that’s how long it takes). If so it’s probably an hour for a sausage!
