You are right about the condensor and cleaning. We have just bought the house and the applicances were fitted 3 years ago and i would guess it had never been cleaned.

HOWEVER – the pump works ok. I know this as the rear of the machine allows the option of fitting a drain hose to allow it to be mains drained. it pumps fine through that ( though i can’t currently set it up like this as there is no convenient point to connect it to permanently).

So can i assume the pipe it pumps into that must feed up to the condenser draw must be blocked?
