ParticipantThanks Dave. I will have a look. Do you by chance know which relay is the grill. I will then be able to see if there is a short between them.

ParticipantThanks Dave. I will check it out. If they were shorted do you think the opposite would happen, if I turn the fan element on the grill would then heat up?

ParticipantThe fan element is not continually on. I think it is being controlled by the termostat. When the the function reaches requested temp the elements switch off simultaneously but then both come back on to maintain or increase temp.

ParticipantIt is controlled by a PCB.
The fan works on all functions that call for it. Spins free if you spin it.
