Seimens do come with 5yrs guarantee as do Miele, i work with both appliances, tha Seimens is made by Bosch, these are much cheaper to repair than Miele, Bosch have a 2yrs guantee, some of the time with Miele you will need a laptop to diagnose some problems, also Miele parts are 3x more expensive, go for the SIEMENS, also Bosch are a lot cheaper to call out if you need them.
