I am new to this forum and recently came across these old thread. I was searching because we purchased a Beko FXF5033W upright freezer from our Currys PC World in August 2017. It is no longer under guarantee and until just recently has worked fine when it developed the same problem as described in the above threads. Ice developing under the bottom trays which we just chip away now and then.
In your opinion is this liable to be the same problem, and as we also have a freezer full of food which makes defrosting somewhat difficult.
Any advice would be appreciated.
