Dave,

The safety state I got from you worked for a while but it has burned out now also. What would cause this part to get VERY hot like a short. It has blown out the low amperage one I got from RS and now the correct part that you supplied. It heats up of it’s own accord. Any ideas appreciated. I am going to order a couple more hoefully they will arrive this time. The last two never did, but the one replacement you sent did. Thank you. Daryl (It is the Delonghi ESS903 pro)

Dave, Still nothing, is there any way you can trace it? It was senton Wednesday which was before the strike wasn’t it?

Dave, I received an e-mail stating that these were sent on Wed 30th, but they still have not arrived. The wifey is getting pretty naggy about not having an oven. Any way you can check up on them for me. I ordered two of them. Order details:

Dave any luck on finding a 16 amp part.
I tried one from RS that was 10 amp and it lasted about 6 months but has now blown again on my DeLonghi Oven. The original part said on the back:

Could you also clarify for me if this is a normaly open or closed part and what the 51-99 and 160C means to the behaviour of this part. Thanks a bunch!
