HI IM USED TO MOST SAMSUNGS OF THIS MODEL TYPES-WHAT YOU,LL PROBABLY FIND IS THAT THIS IS WHEN IT GOES INTO DFROST MODE,(ROUGHLY EVERY 4 HRS) IT WILL STAY IN IT., IF THERES A PROB, UNLESS U KEEP UNPLUGGING, TO RESTART, -ITS MOST LIKELY/CHEAPLEY, YOUR DEFROST SENSOR, TRY REPLACING IT-USUALLY YELLOW,-IF NO JOY THEN MUCH MORE EXPENSIVELY, BUT VERY UNLIKELY -YOUR MAIN, CIRCUIT BOARD, BEST WISHES/LUCK., DAZ, D.CLARK REFRIGERATION.
