I bought a Cannon CG60 chesterfield. It is serviced by Cannon/Indesit as part of the company warranty. The callout waiting times are ridiculous, having had it delivered and installed before Christmas, I am still waiting for the new oven to be functional. A new one is on its way, as soon as it is in stock! The engineers are rude, stroppy and late, the call centre staff are, to say the least, inherently thick and completely unhelpful. Next time I will not buy an indesit/cannon or anything else under the indesit group of companies.
