Hi guys, many thanks for your input. Just to clarify, the cooling fan is not excessively noisy, its just the fact its still on 60mins after turning temp off in main oven, when obviously the oven has cooled. After switching off at the mains, and say turning back on a few days later, the cooling fan often comes on for no apparent reason. This is intermittent but very annoying. We have got hold of a new service agent who hopefully can do something…

On the pyro problem, if we replaced the element (is there more than 1?) then hopefully that issue might be sorted..
