ParticipantRe: Hoover HF130E Washing machine
If you mean on ‘Washing machine spares’, then yes, but the nearest I could see was part no. 91620000 … is this what I need ? It dosen’t have a description so I can’t be sure.
Thanks
ps couldn’t find a helpdesk as such…dickelms
ParticipantRe: NEFF Oven low temp.
Fan seems to be up to speed quite quickly although I do notice it’s a bit slow for maybe 5secs then increases to wht seems like a reasonable speed – whirs away and there’s a fair draught coming out the front vents.
It’s the right hand thermostat control – even when turned up to 190C, it switches off ( and cycles on/off satisfactorily) but with an oven temp around 170C or so.
So a faster fan would give me more heat in the oven and therefore a highher temp?…but wouldn’t that just cause the stat to switch off earlier, and leave me with the same problem?

ok got it – sorry about the confusion
It says
B1150W 1GB/01 FD 7106 then 9108 (but it really is described as model nr. 1051-2 in the literature that came with it…..!)Thanks
Dickps I’m distracted by the times quoted on this website – surely you’re not an Indian call centre?!!

Hi Greg
Plate reads B-AP51-7 1051-2 FD7106 9108 240V
Hope that’s of help!

Thanks for all those possibilities.
The oven is a 1051-2.
As previously stated, the stat is working but seems to be cutting off at too low a tempertaure ie when set to 200C, the heater is cut off when the ovenhas reached only 180C. My reasoning says this cannot be due to a ‘coated’ probe, as this would surely allow too high a temp…but a faulty probe is of course very possible …when buying a replacement stat, do I get the probe itself, or is there a ‘control mechanism’as well?
I’ve just run the fan – it seems too be running quite fast, there’s a fair draught in the oven. Also so freely that it continues for 15-20 seconds after switchoff.
The door sealing seems fine, and again if that was the problem, surely the stat wouldn’t be switching the heater off, as the oven wouldn’t ever be getting hot enough??
Where is the stat sensor, anyway? I’ll give it a clean tomorrow…
Thanks again.

I have a similar problem – the thermostat is switching off the element too quickly, in my case about 20C too low…I have (guiltily) overcome the high temperature problem to some extent by filing away a camso that I can turn the stat a bit higher.
I’m sure the problem hascrept up on us rather than happened suddenly…disappointed to hear a new stat hasn’t solved the problem – so I have two questions :
1. How can the fan itself be causing the problem?
2. What do you mean by fan element – surley there aren’t different elements for fan/normal, are there?
Also, neither of these problems would account for the stat switching the heatier off a too low a temp, would they?
Thanks for your thoughts

Very odd, Dave – just checked my Spam folder and there were your messages! Can’t understand why….
Anyway, thanks and I’ll phone through an order in the morning
