Did you have any luck with your A1635, as I have the same problem as far as I have found some say error 2 can be faulty motor or heater, I have check the element and find it draws 7.5amps my machine does three turns of the drum filling with water and switching heater on and then starts to pump out water and the dial starts to rotate and LED flashes twice.
