hi there,
i have a problem witha samsung and they dont provide tech info to anyone which complicates the issue and i wonder if they actually supply it to comet? anyway,
there is a possibillity that it is pulling air up the drain tube if it does not have a p trap on it and also if there is a drip tray and drain tube heater which most frost free units have.worth checking if they are working

I dont know samsung machines in particular, i am generalising with frost free machines hope this helps.
