Most annoying thing are customers who don’t listen.
A few year ago while working for Zanussi before Service Farce went to a fridge freezer in the village I lived in at the time on the Friday night. Customer complained light staying on. As there as a mod for actuator and stick on strips to fill gap in seal told customer would order part and return when recieved. Removed bulb and left. After night out on the Saturday arrived home Sunday morning a little rough, to be met on door step by said customer to tel me he had put a torch inside and could still see light. How I stayed calm I don’t know.
