Excellent thank you so much for this post I’m a second visit in for the same problem, so far they’ve changed the pcb board and sensor cut off lead. I think i’ll cut my losses and get a cheaper one. I was of the same opinion as you, in that it’s only 4yrs old and cost me nearly £500!
