I am sorry I can’t help, but I have what appears to be the same problem with a similar fridge. I have found that the temperature display remains constant whilst the fridge and more importantly the freezer gradually warms up. I wasn’t aware of the cycling the power, but that works also on mine.

Ours seems to have problems mid afternoon. It is weird that there appears to be a 24hr cycle.

We have had an engineer looking at it and has ordered parts from Samsung. I will keep you posted on progress.
