Hi again,
sorry for pushing this older thread back to the fore but having had the ISE 10 1606 for a year now I thought I’d give people an update about how its getting on! 😆
Obviously, (as I’ve not long discovered), this review relates to the now discontinued 1606, which has been replaced by the shiny new 1607. I’m assuming a lot of the internals are still the same though, so I think the feedback is relevant. (If Ken can post what the differences are beyond the drum then I’d be ever so grateful because I’m really envious of those buying the new machine!!)
So a year in and I can honestly say that the ISE is without doubt amazing by its absence! By that I mean, I load it up, set the program and the washing gets done. Its quiet, super efficient and most importantly washes clothes perfectly. I’ve not really owned an appliance thats given me so little problem in its first year of service,*touch wood* , long may it continue.
In response to a few posts on here, including my own original comments, if its loud on filling then its all to do with your mains water pressure not the machine. I have moved house, the filling was always noisy before, but now I barely notice it. The reason being that I have a lower pressure here, can’t really blame ISE for that then. Also in terms of operation a few people say that its loud in use, but I’d say the opposite is true, to the point that I find myself checking that its still on!
All in all, a superb machine and well worth buying, hopefully I won’t be posting about it on here now for a few years, at least not until I do my five year update anyway!!

Hi Guys, I shall be buying a Sebo X4 I think, once the finances settle down!
The reasons being that it has slightly larger bags and the long hose should prevent it falling over! Plus the hose problem is no different from the struggle I have with my current vacuum!

Looks like a Sebo then!!
Can’t decide on the one you mentioned, the K3 Premium or the X4 as the cylinder has smaller bags. However I’m sure they’re much the same.

Yeah I know what you mean, I think some of our friends and family wanted to have us committed!
The conversation kinda goes like this:
“You do know you can get (insert generic £200- £300 washer here) for £199 at (insert generic white goods store here!). Why spend that much?”I’m sure we’ll have the last laugh 😆 Just gotta be patient!
I think that the whole package sells itself, shame that some people will always ride the cheap washer lottery.

No worries on the feedback, I know a certain someone was very displeased with the dryer delivery also 👿 !
Bless that person though, and the MD of ISE, as it all got sorted pretty quick after that mistake. 😀
I’m not oblivious to human error occuring, and I can sympathise, in all fairness I’ve had worse experiences with C***ys etc. and given what you’ve all strived to set up, I can imagine you guys do get frustrated as hell when someone out of your control drops a b****ck 😳
I just thought i’d be honest about what had gone on, and also in my profession I can’t afford to make any mistakes like that, so maybe I’m a harsher judge than most.
The washer is awesome though, can’t stop doing laundry 😮 !!!!!!!
