Our Bosch arrived on Saturday and the delivery guys told us to wait at least 4 hours before we switched it on. The instruction manual actually said to wait about half an hour.

The only reason i actually read the manual was because i was surprised that we had to wait 4 hours. so i wanted to check whether this was something that bosch recommended or they were talking rubbish. We did wait about 4 hours in the end anyway.

If they hadn’t said anything we would have turned it on straight away as we wouldn’t have known any different.

We went for the Bosch in the end for 2 reasons, 1, because it was cheaper and 2 because they have the multiflow system thing in the fridge. The guy in the shop said that it maintained a more even temperate throughout the fridge compared to the auto defrost system that the Liebherr has.

It’s on order at the moment so we’ll see.

At least i can cross some of these off my list.

So i guess i’m looking at the Liebherr or the Bosch and it really does come down to whether we want to pay the little bit extra for the Liebherr or not.

Will need to consult the husband. 🙂
