I have the same machine, mine is just 6 years old and have exactly the same problem. There is no power, the dials don’t light up and the machine does not start. I will try a day later and the power comes on. But will go off again.
We opened the machine up to see if there was any obviously loose connection but couldn’t see anything.
Perhaps others have a similar issue with this type of washer/dryer and it is a factory fault???
