    Had exactly the same problem with our machine. Only real option was to replace the PCB at a cost of ~ £150. Only did it because the machine was 2 years old at the time. You have to keep an eye on the circulation pump on these machines. If the recirculation flow slows down or stops due to bacterial buildup in the tubes, the pump overheats and fails, taking out the PCB at the same time. I regularly blow the line clear on the pump circuit to avoid further problems.

    Thanks for your comments guys.
    Managed to fix the problem last night after realising that there are 2 separate pumps.
    Cleared the line by squeezing it for the entire length in order to break up the crud, then attached a bicycle pump to the nozzle end and blew the line clear into the drum, hey presto! It worked!
