Found PCB track burnt out at the relay. Have read the other notes about this common problem and am surprised that Zanussi hasn’t made some statement about the design – it’s clearly not up to the job.

I have soldered a mains gauge wire between the relay and the edge connector and will keep an eye on it (I have noted that others have got hot and burnt).

I have same problem – no water heating.

Can I ask how I gain access to the heating element and PCB please? Is it through the back panel?
