ParticipantHi, I had a chance to look at it today and while checking the resistance of the heater spotted the problem.
There are three hoses behind the kickplate that connect to the IWMS and I only had the larger two connected properly.
I guess I didn’t connect the smaller one up well enough. As it didn’t result in a leak I didn’t notice it. Hey ho, you live and learn.
Now the dishwasher completes wash cycles and gets hot while doing so.
Thanks for your help TheSpinDoctor and Penguin45.

ParticipantRight, got and fitted the IWMS… Then refitted it to sort out a leak, now it’s filling with water so thats one problem fixed but I seem to have another problem.
The cold rinse seems to work, but then it stops.
The program simply doesn’t continue after the first rinse cycle.
Good job we don’t rely on the dishwasher 🙂 Just means more washing for me on a Sunday.
Reading around I guess there could be an air lock or something. Any suggestions?

ParticipantRe: Electrolux ESL 6114, no water
Ah, already tried that.
In fact completely dismantled the inlet valve and there was no sign of any problems there.
Hey ho looks like I’ll have to get a new IWMS.

Hi, yes it is a 911841111.
Do you know if there is anyway of confirming that the IWMS is the problem?
Cheers
