Unfortunately, the repairs@ does not list a service engineer in our area. If I ordered a dispenser, is this something that one could fit without specialist help or tools? Any guidance /tips is much appreciated.

I also have a SMEG DWF66SS d/w (3.5 years old) and I believe the circuit board may have gone on mine too – the screen displays a random message and resetting it does not work.

Having read the posted comments, I thought I would have a go at putting a new one in myself but given that Biffa has replaced 11 PCB’s I am not sure it is worth going down this route now – especially if they cost £150 a pop. Am I to assume that once a PCB goes on a 3.5 year old machine that I may as well buy a new d/w?
