Not yet as it only came in today, it might be a wasted journey as was at it a few weeks ago and none of the staff had problems with it being noisy, i can remember it was a similar model and age to this one i have got on the go, job just says not always able to lock door

Very true what you say there, one does not know what other is doing, even had machines where i put a a4 sheet on it with tale over front saying do not use only to find when going back in its been taken of and being used.

Since this one has happen have got another couple of bekos doing the same thing and one needing a heater, would you have part numbers please for heater, door lock and the ntc please.

By what they said it will do the wash ok its only at the end the door locks acts this way, the initial fault was draining intermitantly but that was a hair clip floating about in the pump along with white paper towel (its in a hospital unit), one said it was tripping the electrics but not if it was during wash or at end, you have experience of these places where one says one thing then another says something else;):D

Thanks Dave, its a strange one, i put it on a drain and spin and at end door opened and that was it, next a rinse and spin and it started with the lock clicking for about a minute or so then it stopped, short cycle it done same, even when door open it clicks like mad.

Thanks for all your replys, have been round them all the the best price is still the one am with at the moment. Dave you were saying about when you changed vans, i changed mine about 18 months ago and i got a refund from them even though the one it was one was 3 and a half years old and moved to a new one which i thought was strange. I was reading its supposedly down to parts etc costing more for repairs, never had a claim except for a chipped windowscreen and a clean driving licence but that appears to make no difference to insurance nowadays.

Its amazing how the most basic things that normal folk would check first before calling anyone out others dont and like you say they moan when they have to pay a callout, i have said to so many folk over the years when they moan if i wanted to be registered as i charity i would but i dont so tough luck and pay up, maybe they think vans run on air and we dont ned money to live:D

:D:D oh the trials of doing work for the nhs can be very funny and the things you find in machines to:o:o:cool::cool:, alot of the posts i put on here are for there jobs plus its a big area i cover so like to try have parts with me, i love the jobs where you go a distance and they start giving you a hard time when you arrive then you ask them to try it now and by a miracle it works now after you have switched it on at the wall for them, its amazing how the disappear very fast them

Hopefully they learned after you told them that, trying to tell some of the staff in the places i go what to not do and to keep patients away from machines and check pockets before is like talking to a brick wall, i had a beko dryer a year or so back that replaced motor and belt cause drum had jammed when something came out of coat pocket, a few days later got another call went back to find a 10p had eventually jammed drum and ripped it to bits to a total right of it was, could write a book and that includes about the commercial laundry equipment and commercial floor cleaning equipment damages they do that i also repair:):o
