Its a WTL84141W S/N-23107474-09 , if you remember Dave last year the problems i had with this model not unlocking the door at the end and you advised changing the heaters on them which worked fine. This ones got same problem again and even with heater replaced still the same. It does the wash no bother but at end when it should unlock all the happens on of the led lights just keeps blinking and going round the display and even leaving it for awhile dont make any difference, only way to unlock door is to switch it on and it opens straight away

    Hi Don

Thanks for your reply, both machines are out of warranty now but i know what your meaning about the under warranty thing. I think customer thought the genuine one would be better but i will just get the one you said.

    Thanks

Got another 2 of these, same model, first one replaced heater and ntc and it goes through wash and at the end light comes on saying door unlocked but its not, after the display counts down and light on saying unlocked on the outer of the display the red led line starts going round the outer part and just keeps doing that, if you switch it of the door unlocks then, on another one when its going through the cycle the staff can hear door lock clicking away at times and the same at the end and wont open.
