thanks jj for the info, problem was with external insect mesh stuffed with fluff. Condensation had nowhere to go. regards f4j

Sounds more like a ventilation/air circulation problem to me rather than heat/stat related. Is the vent hose clear, wall vent clear, fluff filter etc?

Thanks Martin, ive checked those out many times. There are 4 what appear to be single elements on the heater, and when running only 2 are burning or is this the norm. Regards Brian.
