😀 Well, my machine seems to be behaving itself after having its new part fitted (a small electronic switch thingy). Another tip that the engineer gave me was to cut down on washing powder as this machine senses what the load is and only adds enough water for that load. End up with too much soap in your water an it can cause floods. You learn something new every day!

Well, engineer has just gone and has advised me that I require a part for my machine. He showed me that the machine was showing an error code of E35 which apparently means too much water is being released into the machine caused by a faulty electronic switch which is why the problems only happending intermittently.
Will let you know what happens when the part arrives!

Hi Dave
Thanks for the advice. I’ve checked the filter and its clear and I’m using bold (recommended dose) tablets. This is what I find really strange. I did a load of washing last night and the machine was fine – finished its cycle and clothes were washed perfectly. Only thing was I sat down, forgot about the washing and didn’t realise it was there until this morning. I decided to do the washing again so added another dose of tablets but this time the machine leaked soapy water all over the place. I had to remove some of the washing and re-rinse what was left, then take it out and re-rinse the other half – no leaks. Its an extra capacity machine and its not even half full! It was the exact same load so I don’t understand what’s going on with it!!! 😕
