Thanks Penguin45. Fuse out of iron and it works a treat. I’m drinking a cool glass of frothy relaxation out of one of my sparkling glasses. 😀

OK. Hooked up to cold inlet. Went through 2 test cycles.

Then I loaded it up and put it on a proper clean, and the fuse blew.
It was only a five amp fuse. What should I have in there ?

    Thanks

Aha. Simple solutions make me laugh.

The waste pipe was connected to the u bend under the sink. My wife asked whether it could be that that was blocked. After deriding her pitilessly, I thought I’d better check and the last encumbent of the house had blocked the outlet up with a couple rags 😳

    Ta daaaaa. Dishwasher drains. 😀

OK. That’s resolved. After reading the forums I found the start button resets the machine.

Next issue is that it won’t drain. Waste pipe is clear ( new ) and I’ve followed advice in here to route the pipe at least as high as the under sink outlet.

Pump fires up to drain, but the water level stays the same and the start light starts constant flashing. No pauses.

Also, a simple question. Should this be hooked up to the hot or cold inlet ?

    Thanks. All guidance appreciated.
