Ok.Thats the motor sorted then.
I did have a suspicion that they wired it up wrong.
Is it possible to obtain a wiring diagram for this timer or would you know where the connections go?Thanks.

A new motor with the capacitor attached was fitted.
Do you think the capacitor is faulty even tho the dryer works ok on the cooling cycle?Fletch316

Still waiting for advice please.
Dryer working as normal on last 10 minutes of cool drying cycle.
When putting it on a warm cycle the dryer works for a few seconds then stops & then starts buzzing.any ideas?

Evening,
i’ve now replaced the motor but now I have a small problem.
The dryer now works but only on the last 10 minutes of the cooling cycle. When I put in on a normal warm cycle the dryer doesn’t work & there’s a burning smell from the motor.
i’ve recently had a new timer installed, could it be possible that they have wired it up wrong?
Many Thanks.
