I’m in a similar situation. Thanks for sharing the solution and the PDF. Yesterday I went through tons of sites looking for information. But my saved PDFs stopped opening, so I had to use an online tool from an article https://euroweeklynews.com/2024/02/21/a-deep-dive-into-pdf-guru-and-its-impact-on-digital-documents/ that explains in detail how to easily work with digital documents nowadays. I know the problem is with my laptop, but I don’t know the exact cause yet. It might be something with the reader.
