I bought a Kenwood KDW12SS in Early 2005 and within the 12 month warrenty period the top drawer runners snapped twice and the ‘computer’ malfunctioned, either not allowing a program to be selected or just flashing lights! thankfully I haven’t had any water leaks (touch wood!)
When the engineer came out to look at the ‘computer’ fault he said it needed to be re-set and began to perform some kind of sequential button pressing which made it work again…….Please, please, PLEASE if there is anyone out there who know what this process is please (again!) get in contact so I can sort this duff machine out!
