An extra £70 for a transformer does make it a tad expensive.
I’d already emailed the seller of the one she is watching. It’s at 60 dollars now with no bids, + $60 shipping. All in all about 60-70 GBP. I’d also asked the seller about voltage prior to coming here, but they only just responded this morning with:
“It uses 3 pin plug with 120v voltage only”

So it’s looking like either a George Foreman or pay an extortionate amount of money to get it shipped over here and working.

She says she doesn’t like the look of the George Foreman, women eh, what difference does it make if it cooks the meat. lol
