Thanks for the info, very usefull !
The wife reckons zero paperwork arrived with the dryer, just a delivery docket.
Looking into it, thanks again !

Wife bought the dryer from COMET. APPARENTLY THEY HAVE A SITE THAT YOU BID FOR RETURNED GOODS. She will not be doing that again !

By the way the active light is rendering the dryer un-usable ie it won’t accept any setting. It will clear when set to zero but comes on when you select a program to start !

Thanks, the wife bought this dryer from an internet site that specialised in returned goods. Guess we know why it was returned !!
Recommend that if you are thinking about buying this model, DON’T !
Only had it a couple of months and not great at drying.
The dump is calling !Frustrated

Thanks, all checks done as suggested still active light on !
Where is the wiper contact ?
Thought myself that it may be a sensor problem (why can’t I just have a machine that does as it’s told IE TURN IT ON FOR 45 MINS THEN FINISH ETC) Checked brush on top off drum, relays click on PCB when trying to select program but still active light on.Thanks
