I don’t suppose you watched while the engineer was taking your machine apart and can remember where the filter is can you. My brother in law’s had our machine in bits but when I asked him afterwards if he’d checked the filter he said he hadn’t noticed one!!!

Malcolm, just wondering if you got your leak problem fixed. We’ve been experiencing a similar problem with leaks from the drawer of our WD640, except now it seems to have turned into Niagara Falls whenever the machine hits a rinse cycle!! My brother in law has had a look today and can’t find anything wrong with the machine, he said it might be something to do with the motherboard. Any advice would be very useful.
