So, i have had a reasonable load of washing in the dryer for 2 hours. It was on the ‘Damp Synthetics’ setting.
Indeed the washing was still damp and a little warm.
I took part of the load out and put it onto the ‘Dry Synthetics’ setting. It has run for another two hours and the washing is still damp and warm.
The condesor has water on it but there is none in the water bottle.
Any more ideas or help would be appreciated.

OK, i’ll get the good lady to do a full wash tomorrow and try the auto dry setting.

Thanks for the response. The condenser and the filter are both spotless. I only put two small towels in the machine to test it and they didnt seem to dry at all.
Its just like the warm air isnt making it into the drum – is there another fan that draws the air in?
